RFSF-01 Silica Free Frit For Quartz Slab

This is a high-performance silica-free frit specially developed as an alternative to conventional quartz raw materials for the production of engineered stone slabs. Its key advantages include excellent light transmission and naturally soft color expression, helping to reproduce the visual texture of natural stone. Its low oil absorption can also help reduce resin consumption, improve slab density, and optimize production costs. Most importantly, this frit features a silica-free formulation and contains no free crystalline silica, making it suitable for markets with strict requirements on free silica content, including Australia. Applications: Primarily intended for quartz slab and engineered stone manufacturers. It is compatible with existing production lines and requires no major process modifications, making it a practical raw material solution that combines environmental compliance, aesthetic performance, and production efficiency.
